Neurotype Cafe
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
In Neurotype Cafe, players take the role of Nia as she handles her first few days as a new barista at The Junction Cafe! Develop relationships with characters, create drinks, and manage your social energy in a story about self-acceptance, expectations, and perfectionism told from the perspective of a neurodivergent character!
Content warning: This game contains portrayals of ableism, rejection-sensitive dysphoria, and sensory overload.
Neurotype Cafe is still under development. However, the game is currently playable from start to finish in the latest release (1.0.1). The "MQP" releases represent the full body of work completed over one WPI school year as an MQP project. Let us know below if you have any feedback!

Download the file and extract the folder.
For Windows: Navigate to and double-click NeurotypeCafe.exe.
For MacOS: Navigate to and double-click NeurotypeCafe.app.
For Linux: Navigate to and double-click NeurotypeCafe.sh.

I'm really enjoying the game so far, but I'm stuck when Kimi orders something "as fruity and sweet as you can make it" I've been trying every combination with juice and nothing is sweet enough

Hi! Sorry for such a long wait- it's been a hectic few weeks. Looks like it's a bug we'll fix in the next update, but in the mean time, Kimi will happily take Juice, Blueberry, and No sweetener (oops!)
